Shepherding Commands

Yes, well we couldn't leave out that faithful creature who keeps the sheep in line, could we? Here is a list of commands the shepherd uses to control the dog which in turn controls the sheep!!

"Way to Me "   - means to the dog's right

"Come Bye" - means to the dog's left

"Walk-Up" - brings the sheep to or away from the shepherd

"Lie Down" - sets dog in position

"There" - stops dog where shepherd wants

"Look Back" - sends the dog to check area

"Steady" - means slow down
